Cara Pembuatan Jus yang Berkhasiat

1. Jus buah (tomat, apel, ketimun, belimbing dll) dan sayuran  setelah dicuci dengan air, direndam dengan air panas selama 5 menit, kemudian dijus. Perendaman dengan air panas bermanfaat untuk menghilangkan residu pestisida dan meningkatkan khasiat.

• Pada tahun 1995 di Taiwan terjadi epidemik keracun parah pada paru yang permanen setelah minum jus 150 g daun katuk mentah setiap hari selama 7 bulan sampai 22 bulan, mulai terlihat keracunan setelah mengkonsumsi 4 bulan. Mengingat daun katuk banyak dikonsumsi untuk memperbanyak ASI di Indonesia dan sudah ada sediaannya.
